Thanks to everyone who came out to our AGM last week. We had a financial update, as well as a discussion on our past year and plans for our future.

We’ve had an exciting 2018 with a new website, new festive lights, and new events that were run. We are looking forward to building on these in 2019.

We also had some great discussion from the members that were able to attend about the Board’s general direction. We discussed some ideas for speakers and programs we can bring to our meetings in the New Year, as well as some ideas for other events that we can run as a board. We can’t wait to bring these to life and share them with you all!

Out of these discussion, it was decided that we will play around with the timing of our meetings. For our January meeting, we have decided to move up the time by 30 minutes. Cocktails and Networking will begin at 6 p.m. with Dinner starting at 6:30. We will see how this works for our members and then make a decision on permanently changing the start time.
